Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of MonyWiser, operated by MonyWiser Studio, India. By creating an account or using MonyWiser, you agree to them.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
2. What MonyWiser is
MonyWiser is a personal budgeting tool. Figures such as Safe to Spend, daily guides and spending pace are calculated from the information you enter. They are for information only. They are not financial, tax or legal advice, so check important decisions yourself.
3. MonyWiser Pro subscriptions
- Pro is offered as a monthly or annual subscription, with prices shown in the app before you pay.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- You can cancel, change or manage your subscription in the Google Play Store. Deleting your MonyWiser account does not cancel a Pro subscription, so cancel it in the Play Store too.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play under its own policies.
- If your subscription expires, Pro features stop, but your data is kept. Free-plan limits then apply to new entries.
4. Free plan limits
The free plan has limits on the number of accounts, transactions per day, commitments and other features. We may change these limits and will say so in the app.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse MonyWiser. That includes attempting to access other people’s data, interfering with the service, reverse engineering it beyond what the law allows, or using it for unlawful purposes.
6. Availability
We work to keep MonyWiser available, but it may be interrupted or changed. Your local data stays on your device even when the cloud service is unavailable.
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. See Account deletion. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
8. Disclaimer and liability
MonyWiser is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including financial decisions made using figures in the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
